3. Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on bk95, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You are of sound mind and have full legal capacity to make your own decisions.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is completely prohibited.
• You will operate only one account and will not open multiple accounts.
• All information you provide at the time of registration is true, accurate, and complete.

4. Registration Process and Verification

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. bk95 may at any time request a copy of your national identity card or passport for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, bank account, or identity document will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. bk95 is not responsible for any misuse of your account.

9. Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration and the bonus code (if applicable) must be entered correctly.

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

10. General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry, wagering requirements, and rules — read them carefully when you receive an offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• bk95 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Violating the terms of a bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage activity is strictly prohibited.

11. VIP and Loyalty Program

bk95 operates three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

There is an opportunity to advance to higher tiers through regular play. bk95 reserves the right to determine and change VIP tiers at its discretion.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk95 website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of bk95. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission. The intellectual property of third-party game content belongs to the respective providers.

16. Limitation of Liability

bk95 is not liable for losses arising from the following:

• Any loss caused by disruption to internet connectivity.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or incorrect actions.
• Delays with third-party payment gateways or mobile banking services.
• Unexpected technical errors, server downtime, or cyberattacks.

In all circumstances, bk95's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount of the relevant transaction.

17. Account Closure and Termination

A user may close their account at any time by contacting us. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before closure.

In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, bk95 may suspend or close any account without prior notice. In such cases, associated bonuses and winnings related to the breach will be forfeited.

18. Changes to Terms

bk95 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via a notice on the website or by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

19. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, please contact our support team first. We will attempt to resolve all disputes amicably. Our decision will be considered final and binding.

20. Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and general legal principles. Arbitration will be used to resolve any disputes.
